These Terms cover your use of What 2 Watch, made by Groupe W2W Inc. By using the app, you agree to them.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old. The app is rated 13+ on the App Store because it displays movie content from third-party sources that we do not control.
Using the app
Use the app on devices you own or control. Don't reverse-engineer it, scrape the TMDB or JustWatch data it shows, or use it for anything illegal.
Premium subscriptions
The app is free to install. Some features are available through a Premium subscription, monthly or yearly, with Family Sharing enabled. Prices show up in the App Store at the time of purchase and can vary by region.
Auto-renewal (Apple's rules)
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end.
- Apple charges your Apple ID within 24 hours before the period ends, at the price you last paid.
- You can manage or cancel from within the app, or through the App Store app on your device.
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We don't process refunds.
The yearly plan includes a free trial. Apple's standard trial rules apply.
Movie and streaming data
What 2 Watch uses TMDB and the TMDB APIs but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Streaming availability data is provided by JustWatch. Availability can change; always verify on the streaming service before paying. The app is provided as-is.
Stopping
You can stop using the app any time. Just uninstall it.
If there's a problem
These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. If there's a dispute, email support@what2watch.app first so we can try to fix it. If it can't be sorted out, the courts of the District of Montreal handle it. Wherever you live, your local consumer-protection rights still apply.
Changes
If we update these Terms in a meaningful way, the date at the top changes and we'll let you know on this page. Using the app after the change means you agree.
